"When I was a child I spent many happy holidays in the Thanet area where I have family but I never came to Westgate-on-Sea. I remember the sandcastles we built and the donkey rides.
When I did visit eventually and came to our friend’s beach hut, Ian and I were totally smitten with the charming, small and friendly town completely untouched by time. We loved it so much that when the opportunity to take over the White Lodge Guest House arose neither of us could resist it.
I enjoy homemaking and entertaining. Home is very important to me. I like to make people feel special and at home and to make the place feel warm and totally friendly. Ian and I work as a great team. Our objective is to ensure that everyone staying at White Lodge has a memorable, comfortabIe and happy time.
I love the brightness of White Lodge it’s clean and airy and already run as a well ordered household. I considers myself unbelievably lucky to have inherited the two marvellous ladies, who help me and work so hard to keep everything ship shape. and who share our commitment for ensuring that each guest will not only have a wonderful stay but that they return again and again.
